Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby

They studied together architecture at Royal College of Arts in London and founded in 1996 their studio Barber&Osgerby. In the last ten years they have worked in various professional fields, creating furniture, lamps, restaurants, furniture objects, shops, bottles and electronic items for companies all around the world. Loop table is their first project in the 1997 created by Isokon, and it led them to the success. In 2009 they started their collaboration with Venini which resulted in a series of unique, large-scale glass vases, created in limited editions and shown in Milan, Porto Cervo and London. The hallmark of their activity is always the functionality and simplicity, but also great accessibility for the consumer.
